Both FSA and HSA dollars are available to use for over the counter (OTC) reading glasses. Typically you will have a special debit card to use for such expenses. If not, you can typically submit your expenses to your insurance provider for full reimbursement from your account. Not sure if you have an HSA or FSA? Check with your employer to see if you have the option to contribute to either one or both.
